Our Policies

We want to assist our athletes in achieving their goals both on-field and off. In order to be able to get the most out of the program we have few rules but all important.

Social Media & Internet

We do have a policy regarding ethics and social media content. This is not something that typically becomes a problem after the initial conversation.
What we expect is that the athletes will make all social media profiles private and then it is best for them to Google their name to see what pops up. This is because coaches and teams have been known to look athletes
up on social media and Google to make sure the content does not show something against their programs culture.

Financial Policies

When it comes to the financials, if there is ever a hardship please bring it to Coach Jillian Tobin. This is not something we want to hold back any player form participating. The initial start of this program was born out of our own financial limitations to high priced camps, clinics, and clubs not to mention the travel, (There were way fewer before and a lot of travel)
It is important for athletes to be able to grow and expand, and we are glad to help. Private lessons, group practices, tournaments, recruiting help, and college prep can all be accessible as long as we know there is a need.
Sometimes we will ask these players to do demos, or help with a younger group or a younger private lessons to help "pay back" our investment. The athletes we find seem to like working for it if they cannot afford it.
We are discrete and understanding as long as the communication line is open and when situations change just let us know. When it comes to these athletes Coach Tobin is the only one who knows, sometimes Coach Rick knows as well.

The Basics

  • Communication is key. While we enjoy parent interactions, we try to lay the responsibility of communicating with the athlete. There are group chats divided by age as well as the band app for them to access information directly

  • Effort. The team, the coaches, and the individual can not succeed at any level without giving it the best effort.

  • A smile, we know not every day is a happy one, but this is above all else a game and we truly believe if you are having fun you will play better.

  • Please aim for 10 minutes early for most events, games, practices and such. Being late or running in at the last minute is an issue and it can effect playing time. For a tournament or showcase often we prefer 30 minutes early to collect any paperwork and distribute uniforms.

  • Playing time or invitations to tournaments and events is dependent on the effort made. If the attendance to group practices isn't stellar but the communication, positive outlook, and extra work is there that is taken into account.

  • RESPECT. We will not allow any disrespect to peers in any age group, coaches, or the athlete themselves. No hate speech, bigotry, disregard, or nastiness will be tolerated. If respect is an issue after being spoken to, the athlete will be asked to leave and if not addressed they will be removed from the program.

  • Uniforms for larger events will be issued and there is no guarantee regarding numbers, but if a player needs to give a number in email to a college coach watching let us know. These uniforms are owned by Coach Tobin personally and her mom has done the vinyl, please treat them with respect. All uniform pieces must be returned after the event to be cleaned and rest for the next event. We do ask that each player buys both white and black socks for scrimmages, play days, tournaments, and showcases.

  • We ask that parents in attendance at events or sessions conduct themselves in a way that reflects the teams values and positive sportsmanship.

  • Practice attire is ideally a reversible pinny, sports bra (if applicable), sneakers or turfs, NO CLEATS, shorts or kilts at a reasonable length... running shorts are ok, and spandex are ok but need more than a 2in inseam
